This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about you and the businesses that use our Service, including information collected through automated SMS and voice communications.
By using our Service or by consenting to receive SMS messages from a business that uses ConciergeVoice, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Provided by Business Clients
Businesses that subscribe to ConciergeVoice ("Clients") provide us with account information including business name, contact email, phone numbers, and billing details.
2.2 Information Collected During Calls and SMS
When a caller or SMS recipient interacts with a Client's ConciergeVoice agent, we may collect:
- Caller or sender phone number
- Call recordings and transcripts (with applicable disclosures)
- Name, appointment details, and preferences shared during the conversation
- SMS message content sent to or from our platform phone numbers
- Date, time, and duration of the interaction
2.3 Automatically Collected Data
We collect standard server logs, IP addresses, device type, and browser information when you visit our website or dashboard.
3. SMS Communications — Consent and Opt-Out
3.1 Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number to a business that uses ConciergeVoice and requesting or consenting to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from that business sent via the ConciergeVoice platform.
These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and informational content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3.2 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from that business via our platform.
To re-subscribe, reply START to a previously received message or contact the business directly.
3.3 HELP Information
Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive information about the messaging program and contact details. You may also contact us at info@leftcoastai.com.
3.4 Supported Carriers
Major US carriers are supported. Carrier-specific message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate and deliver the ConciergeVoice voice and messaging service
- Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of Client businesses
- Send transactional and operational SMS messages you have consented to receive
- Improve AI model accuracy and service quality (using de-identified data)
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use SMS consent data for any purpose other than operating the agreed messaging program.
5. How We Share Your Information
We may share information with:
- Client Businesses: The business whose AI agent you interacted with receives your call/SMS data (name, phone, appointment details) to serve you.
- Service Providers: Telephony providers (Twilio), AI voice providers (Vapi.ai, ElevenLabs), CRM platforms, and cloud infrastructure providers that help us deliver the Service. All providers are contractually bound to handle data securely and only as instructed.
- Legal Compliance: Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
6. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days by default, unless a Client configures a shorter period or requests deletion. SMS message logs are retained for up to 90 days. Account data is retained for the duration of the Client's subscription plus 30 days following termination.

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted database storage, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to prompt notification of any breach as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at info@leftcoastai.com.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
